Dive Trip Refund Policy

Refund Policy

At our dive center, we strive to deliver safe and enjoyable experiences for all our guests.
However, in the event of trip cancellations, the following refund policy applies:

1.Dive Center-Caused Cancellations – 100% Refund

If the trip is cancelled due to reasons within our control, such as:

• Boat engine failure or maintenance issues
• Staffing or operational problems
• Dive center-related delays

→ 100% refund will be issued.

2.Weather or External Circumstances – 50% Refund

If the trip is cancelled due to factors beyond our control, such as:

• Severe or unsafe weather conditions
• Government or port authority restrictions
• Unexpected environmental hazards

→ 50% refund will be provided as we still incur costs such as:

• Daily wages for boat and support crew
• Fuel and logistics costs
• Pre-ordered lunch boxes or supplies

3.No-Show or Late Cancellation (By Customer) – 100% No Refund

If a guest fails to show up or cancels within [24/48] hours of departure,

No refund will be issued due to pre-arranged logistics and staffing costs.
