Who should take this course?

If you’ve always wanted to explore the underwater and see the world beneath the waves, this is where it starts. The PADI Open Water diver course is the world’s most popular scuba diving training course and giving you a license to scuba dive anywhere in the world. Millions of people have learned to scuba dive and gone on to discover the wonders of the aquatic world through this course.

According to the PADI rules and regulation, the minimum age limitation for those who will take this course are following

What will you learn?

The PADI Open Water Diver course consists of three main phases:

Knowledge Development to understand basic principles of scuba diving (Academic Course).
Confined Water Dives to learn basic scuba skills (DSD training).
4 times of Open Water Dives to use your skills and explore underwater.

Remark: Normally, it takes four days to finish this course and you can adjust the time and place with us. For instance, do the Academic course and DSD training in Yangon and only dive in Ngwe Saung Beach.

What scuba gear will you use?

In the PADI Open Water Diver course, you will able to learn to how to use all the scuba gear including a mask, snorkel, fins, regulator, buoyancy control device and a tank. All the equipment that our Myanmar Dive Center provide for Open Water Course are high quality brand. If you have your own scuba gear, no worries, you can of course use that instead.
